LHVA Invites Proposals for Trail Improvements
The Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority (LHVA) requests proposals for trail improvements along the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail in the Scranton, Blakely, Jessup, Archbald, Mayfield, Carbondale Township, Simpson, Forest City, and Union Dale. These improvements include the repair and/or installation of fencing and gates, and the installation of pet stations, and trash/recycling receptacles.
