The Lackawanna Heritage Valley will celebrate its 25th Anniversary on September 8, 2016, by honoring Monsignor Joseph G. Quinn, Founding Chair of the organization, at a gala community event. Monsignor Quinn’s vision and leadership shaped the legacy of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley. The event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Scranton Riverwalk at the Olive Street Trailhead.
Honorary Chairs – United States Senator Bob Casey and Pennsylvania Senator John Blake
